2.1 W Plus M Limited provides wealth management and advisory services, family office support, educational programs, networking opportunities, research and insights, legacy and succession planning, philanthropic advisory, exclusive events, consulting, and news updates (the "Services").

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information as required for the provision of our Services.

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 All payments are due within 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 5% of the amount due.

4.2 Payments can be made via cash, check, bank transfer, credit card.

4.3 Please make checks payable to W Plus M Limited.

4.4 All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars.

4.5 No refund will be made once the invoice was confirmed by the client.
